Tuesday challenges

while gardening one day i found this right above my head! all nestled TOGETHER in a cozy little nest! it's pretty amazing to think that birds can make these nests with no hands!!  i use two textures (Parchment texture and sweet treat texture with soft light,) from Kim site and masked out the eggs!

"Simple food"

these little cake balls (got the idea from  this blog)are oh so good and oh so bad but very simple to make and even easier to eat!!

1 box of velvet cake mix. make as directed on back of box

once cake is baked, and cooled crumble.

mix one can of cream cheese frosting right into the crumbled cake.

form into little balls

dip into melted chocolate

let chocolate harden ( i place them in the freezer..VERY good on a HOT Spring/Summer day!

but i will warn you they are very  addicting!!

i tried really hard this week to capture at least one photo per day

Sunday (22) 

we had a wonderful time with church family and then we hit the coal mine /park.  

Monday(23)

was the last day to use our reward coupon at Borders Books Store so we got my hubby his Father's day gift and a science book, the girls are beyond excited to begin!
Tuesday(24)

yard work has begun!

and will continue for the rest of this week!
and then we just play the "keep up game!"

Wednesday (5.25)

the boys got their hands on mowing the grass for the first time!

Thursday( 5.26)

we bought 3 more straw bales and planted veggies and flowers!
Friday
we beat the heat and took a walk while boys were in school!
