1. opened in CS2
2. Cropped
3.used Ashley's nice and easy action
4. open default texture in CS% called parchment paper then got braved ad used the eraser tool to erase the texture from flesh and hair =0)
5. lowered the opacity a little
6. used ginnie's soft glow action
7. re-sized for web and
here you go
