Good to wow edit 19

Thursday is more then half way done and i'm just getting to this one!!

These last few days a have been so busy with photo shoots and family time, i'm just now getting to do my edits! Here are my 3 originals i choose to edit:
my edits: I used the patch tool to clean a little bit of food left on her face from lunch! Played around with the color balance with layer masked )which i'm beginning to understand), i loved how blue the sky was that day and the picture just didn't show it! i wish i had focused more on her face, but it's all about learning, and I'm trying hard to go full manual! it's a challenge with children who don't want to sit still....any pointers for me? i'll gladly take them. and i couldn't resist my favorite, Black and white!

 SOOC:
me edits:
again the focus is a little off, but i was wanting to fix the shadows on the one in the green rain coat's face  and also bring back in some color from their umbrellas.  so after i cleaned their lunch off from there face =0)  i played around with the levels  then color balance and used the layer masks! IT'S LIKE I've found a new love!! and here you go:
and just because i love her expression and the giggle i can still here her let out!
I've really learned so much over these past few months! thank you to Ashley and Jill and to all who leave comments! i'm feeling the love! hope you all have a wonderful rest of the week and weekend!

  3. It does seem difficult to capture the bright blue of the sky. Great job on all of the edits, though the edit of the two girls is terrific!
